• A valid photo ID may be required for rental bookings.
• A refundable security deposit is mandatory for all rental items.
• Security deposit amounts vary according to the value of the selected item.
• Rental items should be returned on the agreed date and in their original condition.
• Professional cleaning of designer outfits will be handled by us. Customers are requested not to wash, bleach, iron, or dry-clean rented garments.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
• Rental extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
