Welcome to our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Advance payment is required to confirm bookings for rentals, custom orders, and selected purchases.
  • Full payment must be completed before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.

 

Rental Services

  • Designer outfits and mannequins are available for both sale and rental.
  • Rental periods begin on the date of delivery or collection and end on the agreed return date.
  • A refundable security deposit is required for all rental items. Deposit amounts vary depending on the selected outfit or mannequin.

 

Returns

  • Rental items must be returned on or before the agreed date.
  • Late returns may incur additional rental charges.

 

Damage & Loss

  • Customers are responsible for the care of rented items during the rental period.
  • Charges may apply for stains, tears, burns, missing accessories, broken parts, unauthorized alterations, or irreparable damage.
  • In case of loss or severe damage, the customer may be liable for the replacement cost of the item.

 

Custom Orders

  • Custom-designed garments are created specifically for each client and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

 

Product Availability

  • While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, availability of designs and mannequins is subject to stock.

 

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if necessary.
