Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Booking advances are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests made well in advance may be considered at our discretion.
• Rental bookings may be rescheduled based on availability.
• Refundable security deposits will be returned after inspection of the rented item.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within the specified business days after approval.
• Custom-made garments are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.
